Type of a scam Online Purchase

In may of this year I purchased 3 fishing cast nets from Deal Haven after seeing its ad on Face Book. For weeks I have sent inquiring emails to which the company finally replied by saying that the nets were delivered to CA when I clearly live in VA which they acknowledge in many of their emails and their bogus tracking number. I never received the nets ordered….and Dealk haven kept saying they were behind due to a deluge of orders….and asking how I would rate the people I spoke with. Here is the last copy of an email they sent that claimed my order was on the way….it never came:
