After applying to multiple jobs through LinkedIn I received an email from this email and then a phone call. I thought it was a potential employer calling me because I had applied to jobs. It was also a Syracuse area code and she said she was from Syracuse, couldn’t make out the name of the company. I called back, it sounded like a click and I asked if I could speak with Megan, who had left me a voicemail. She said Megan was busy and that she would call me back, but asked me a few questions. I replied, yes. Which I now think the click in the earlier phone call was them recording me saying yes. I’ve called them back several times and after questioning the person on the phone, Carrie, she repeatedly hung up on me and then did not answer the phone until I waited about 10 minutes before calling back.
