Type of a scam Tech Support

I signed up for Super Anti Spyfree Free last week. Two days later I got a fake Blue Screen of Death while browsing on Google Chrome in my usual sites (Amazon, banking, email etc.). I had never seen a BSOD before and I panicked. The BSOD had a pop-up box on it that gave a phone no. to contact Microsoft technicians. I did this unfortunately and ended up letting them "clean up" my computer by gaining access to it. I paid them with Discover. I talked to Discover and the charge had not yet posted. Discover Security has closed our account and is issuing us new cards. I filed complaints with the FTC and Equifax. I had Best Buy check my computer for malware etc. and apparently nothing malicious has been done YET. I’ve changed our account passwords but am still worried. I blocked their phone #1-800-576-9647 which they want me to call about the payment. They’ve called many times this a.m. but Caller ID shows Unknown Caller.
