Type of a scam Identity Theft

This organization called me in response to a Facebook ad inquiry regarding loan forgiveness. She had my social security number & sent me an email to link to my student loans. She could see what I wS looking at. She knew ALL the details of my loans.

She offered to cut my loan in half, but wanted a bank account to take payments for the loan initiation.

When I declined to give her the bank account she got aggressive and said she was a US Navy veteran who was offended that I would question the integrity of the organization. All three numbers that I had for her (including the one from the website) went to her directly.

She has all of my personal information & I believe her intent is criminal.
