My order was never filled/sent out. They contacted me on IG and asked if I wanted to be a ‘brand ambassador’ I checked out their IG page and scrolled through every photo as well as each person’s page who was advertising their products as brand ambassadors and so I decided to go forward and purchase a necklace. I never received it and every time I wrote to find out where my purchase was, they gave me the run around.

Type of a scam Investment

The scam company had another brand ambassador Instagram account commenting on one of my pictures saying this, “Hey! We would love to work with you. Please dm us @sxrba ??“ then I messaged them and they had told me that I could be a brand ambassador. This is what they replied to me on Instagram,

“Hey, thanks for shooting us a DM. Let’s jump right into what we’re looking for! Our models receive a 100% off code which could be used on a select variety of some of our finest pieces. You’re allowed to choose up to (4) of those pieces. All you have to do is post at least (1) story once you receive your package. You’ll get a 30% off code for your followers and 20% commission per sale. Let us know if you’re down! ??” They informés me that I would receive a 100% off discount and would just need to cover shipping and handling. The products were various types of jewelries. I only received one email confirming my order but did not receive any more updates on the order after that. I tried direct messaging the company for more information regarding the order but had received very little to no clarity on the progress. I still have not received the product after 4-5 months from when I had ordered the products.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company is social media based (Instagram) and this was how they first contacted me. They sent me a message saying that they wanted me to be an ambassador for their company by purchasing products and showing the products off via my Instagram account, and in return I would also get a discount on these products for doing so. I placed an order for two products and I only had to pay the shipping ($14.99) so I did so. The order was placed on June 12th, 2020. I sent a message on June 29th, 2020 because I had not received an email about any shipping updates or a anything. The company told me that because of COVID-19 shipments were being delayed which I understood that could have been true with online purchases at most retailers. They reassured that it would only be about another 1-2 weeks before my items would be shipped to me. On July 30th, 2020 (well over a month now) I was upset because I STILL had not heard back about my products. I let the company know this and they tried to tell me again that COVID-19 was the issue. I asked about a tracking number at least and they claimed that an email would be sent with the information. On August 5th, 2020 I messaged them again to let them know that I had not received anything regarding my products and that I wanted a refund and they told me that they’d “ask the management about that” and that was the last time I heard from them. It has been over 2 months and I have not received a tracking number, an email, my products, or a refund.

Bought a few items from here no confirmation number I used the tracking order they gave no order was made contacted the website told me to email “management” no response, refusal to give money back and keeps saying “ your package should be here in 1-2 weeks” even though it’s been 2 months
