Ive been waiting for a while for a nintendo switch. They keep saying they sent it off & the tracking # says I received it but never received anything from them. They keep saying still its on its way.

I had this exact scam pulled on me as well! I ordered the Nintendo Switch and was given a tracking number that went to the same zip code, but not my address. UPS had been entirely uncooperative, as they will not send any confirmation that the package was not delivered to my address. My bank keeps refusing my dispute as I have no documents to prove the negative (that I did not receive the package). It is 100% a SCAM!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a Nintendo Switch from "SwitchNintendoLimited.com". I should’ve notice these red flags and hope that no one else falls for this. No phone number listed online to contact the seller. Instead, there is an email listed as "[email protected]" which is invalid. When I received my confirmation email from the seller, the email was "[email protected]". I tried to reach out to the seller for a refund as soon as I had read reviews from previous buyers online. No response. I started a claim through paypal. The paypal User’s name is "Hoang Nguyen". My purchase is currently being disputed as I reported this seller as a scam. I received a shipment tracking email from UPS- only listed the shipping address as the same city and zipcode- no specific address and I was unable to update this information. UPS did have a phone number listed for the seller [email protected] which when I called ended up being with a company called RR Donnelly. An employee was able to look up my tracking number and stated that I had a package being shipped from Home Depot in another state. She gave me the direct line to supervisor for that department (770-352-8400) which I called and had to leave a message with. I think that somebody working for RR Donnelly or using their services is the scammer here. I hope that I can get to the bottom of this and get this scammer caught and prosecuted for ripping so many people off!
