Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

First they send an email saying they are rom Sweet Spot Realty. The email address is a scam address, with letters and numbers and no real email. They say you were on their website looking for a home. They have no website. Then they send repeated emails daily, that somehow get past the gmail filters, but they changed their name to Sweet Spot Properties. Then they say thegrandrapidshomesearch.com. They give an address and phone number and a first name contact only: Javier.
