They were offering free necklaces. We only had to pay for shipping, so we ordered 2 back in the beggining of October 2018. We emailed their listed email address, no response, emailed their Facebook page, no response, called them, no response. It is almost Christmas and still no response. They wont even reply to their actual facebook posts. Ive already reported them to facebook
