Man named Mark Spencer called and said I won $4.9 million & a 2020 Chevy Malibu. He first wanted me to go get Vanilla 1 Visa gift cards from Walgreens. One for $500 and one for $200 but I told him I didn’t have the money for it. Then he asked if I had any outstanding loans and I said yes and was going through bankruptcy. He asked how much I owed and I told him. He said he would take care of all outstanding debt for me and he would call me the next morning with the transfer information. He called the next morning and gave the account information of Peoples Bank account #0292102816 Routing #082000109 which the money was supposed to go into coming from Region Bank out of Houston, TX. On Sunday, he checked in and asked if I was doing alright and that the money was in the process of being transferred. He said the car would be delivered on Monday night to my house. On Tuesday, he called and said the vehicle couldn’t be delivered because it was crossing state lines. He told me I needed to pay the taxes for it to be delivered. I was supposed to overnight $4,889 cash tucked in between a magazine to *** Brooklyn, New York 11221 which I did. On Wednesday, he wanted me to send two checks of $15,000 to *** LaPorte City, IA 50651. I did but the bank called because I was overdrawn by the $4889 and I told the banker about winning the money. The banker stopped payment on the checks and I stopped the overnight with the post office. Mark called back and said I was supposed to FedEx $2,000 to Mary Martin. Her account information was company account #7881168905 Routing #121000248 at Wells Fargo. I told him FedEx was closed so then he wanted me to meet Mary Martin, his attorney, in the Walmart parking lot today. I was supposed to give her $2,000 cash. I have stopped answering my cell. The other phone numbers that Mark Spencer has been calling from are #334-801-1605 and #914-376-3857.
