Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Call from consumer-she received phone call from Sweepstakes Advantage telling her she was 2nd place winner of $485,000. As she did not answer their previous 3 phone calls, the money was placed with cancellation dept. In order for her to receive her prize, she must send them $1,000 by personal check for fees. Caller was Anthony Vega, Coordinator, in DC (202-609-7397). Consumer was told that Sweepstakes Advantage would refund her the $1,000 when they deliver her winnings. Another contact from the Legal dept was Talia Gooding-Williams, with a FL Bar #100240 & phone # of (305)921-0882. Checking the FL Bar # does show it belongs to Talia Gooding-Williams.
