This company sell defective products and is a scam. they do not respond to their clients and do not honor the full refund request as well. Their product does not have a UL rating when you recieve it . I plugged it in once and in 5 minutes it was smoking seriously frightening. This blanket overheated on the lowest setting. It should not be sold in the USA at all. Total scam company.

Blanket arrive in a thin Fed Ex envelope wrapped in masses of packing tape. It does not heat up much beyond room temperature. The remote arrived without the specialty battery. It was pretty clear I received a used/damage product overall. The company has not responded to emails and the phone number listed is just a woman’s voice who is “not available”. You’ll notice on the website it is not possible to review the item yet they have 100% 5-star reviews.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. They sent a subpar product shipped directly from China. It looked like it should be worth more than $50. I paid $200. I asked them to return it they said I could at my expense and sent them the tracking number like they asked. I called and emailed to check on status after that many times and no one ever got back to me. They basically have taken my money and ran with it.

I ordered a Sweat & Glow blanket on January 31, 2020. I never received an order confirmation. So, I emailed and FB chatted them. No one ever responded to FB chat. I received one response to my many emails asking where my order was. The response was from someone asking me what my order number was. I told them I didn’t know my order number because it never popped up on the screen, nor did I receive an email. They did take the money from my credit card. I have tried numerous times to get these people to respond, but radio silence. I am going to reverse the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a Sweat and Glow sauna (blanket and warranty) on January 21. It still has not shipped. I’ve contacted the company numerous times. They keep telling me that it’s on its way. The tracking number shows it has been sitting for weeks.

Ordered a blanket on Cyber Monday for Christmas. Product arrived 12/26. I followed setup instructions and noticed the box was defective as you couldn’t turn it off without unplugging unit.

Next, it never heat up over 50C. Supposed to go to 80C.

It also came without the remote.

I contacted them on 12/26 and again on 12/27. I heard back initially and they said they were sorry and would send me a new unit.

A few weeks later I inquired as to when my new unit would arrive, and a few days later someone again apologized and asked what the problem was. Also asked me to include a video. I sent the video also explaining the issues.

Then silence. I sent more inquiries. Again, they apologized and asked me what was wrong…

I kept on them and they then told me I had been escalated to the powers that be, only for me to get snippets of “I’m sorry…..”

I finally contacted my credit card company and have disputed the charge.

They had no plan on sending me a new unit. They were just going to keep dragging me along.

I told them I had fed-ex’d the unit back (cost me $70) and that my credit card would be contacting their bank.

I fully expect to get my $159 back (because my credit card company already credited my account) but it cost me $70 to ship it back.

Lesson learned. These legit types of things cost $400+. To see it for $159 seemed too good to be true, because it was.

Buyer beware.

I purchased a sauna blanket from Sweat and Glow Sauna (which has also changed its website and name to Sauna Co and then back to sweat and glow sauna) in November as a Black Friday deal for $159.00. It’s currently on the website for $197.00. It took weeks to come in and when it finally did it was missing the remote it was supposed to come with. I plugged it in and started to heat it up anyways because you don’t exactly need the remote. It was heating up for over 45 minutes and never got past 50 degrees Celsius and it was supposed to get up to 80. I got in and laid in it for awhile and it didn’t do a thing to make me sweat. I contacted the company saying exactly this and they said they would issue me a refund if it was unopened and unused and I sent it to the address I listed above. And I said I clearly just told them it was used and it didn’t work. And they never answered me. I went on their website and read a review (before they deleted it) of a woman in a similar situation as me except she returned the blanket and never heard from them again about a refund. I’ve left countless reviews and they delete every single one. And they even stopped letting reviews me written currently on their website. I have recently found this exact blanket on another website for $50. The entire thing is a scam and they just take cheap products and sell it for way more money than it’s worth, then when you want to return it, you never hear from them again.

Carly –

thank you for the update on this company. Just wondering where you found the other blanket for $50 and did it work? Thanks
