I saw Sutera Facebook ads and decided to give the pillow a try since they stated on their website and running ads they are offering 30 days trails with money back guarantee. In addition, they are offering free returns enjoy zero re-stocking fee when you send back within 30 days. We tried the pillows for 3 days upon receipt, and my husband didn’t like it. I emailed the company to request for shipping label to return. They asked me to pay for re-stocking fee and pay for returns or accept 50% credit back. This is NOT what’s it’s listed on their website which I took few screen shot of their website. They contradict everything they declared in their ads and website. This is a fraud company that lied to the public.
