Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Sent via priority mail. Included a check from a real credit union for $2400. Included a letter saying it was for secret shopper task. Wanted me to deposit the check, buy iTunes gift cards, then send photos of the gift cards and my "evaluation" to [email protected]

I had received one before with encouragement to call the bank and check the validity if the check, which all came out clear, so I deposited it. However, that one was a wire money scam, so I waited for the check to truly clear, and it did not. I was smart enough to wait, thankfully. I did not fall for it this time.
