I searched up a Facebook helpline phone number, and found the first website with a toll free number. I started talking to them about an issue I was having with some money I sent via Facebook and it wasn’t returned to me, in return, the guy left me on hold for nearly 30 minutes, then he came back on the line and started telling me that I need to buy a steam card and read the 15 digit code on the back to them in order for me to have anything fixed. The guy was just trying to get money out of me. And he gave me false information about where my money was.
