Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This is the second time my company had to question invoices coming from this Supply Access Center Inc. We have never ordered from them before. They are cold calling my place of business and asking if we need toner for our printers. They get the name of the person answering the phone and send an invoice listing them as the one etherizing this purchase even if we state that we do not want said item. We would never say yes because we are under contract with another supplier for our toner needs. Additionally we never received the toner in question. After receiving the invoice my company calls Supply Access Center Inc. to inquire about the erroneous invoice and we are told that they will send a credit to bring this invoice to zero. No questions asked. Did not ask about the toner or about who placed the order. We did receive the credit but what concerns me is that other large businesses like mine if not paying close attention, might just be pushed this invoice through and pay it without ever authorizing or receiving the product. Watch out for this company! I can envision them getting away with this scam more often than not.
