Contacted company on 4/16/2018 for transportation to and from the airport on May 20, 2018. Company instantly charged my credit card. I emailed and called to request my money be returned, to date they have not returned my money. And to make matters worse, on 4/30 they debited my account once again.

As stated above, this is for a client that has been overcharged a number of times and I am gravely concerned about her.
