Purchased an item and never received it. Did a little research on Facebook and have found a lot of people have had a similar experience. They have spent $60 dollars and have never received anything. She and I have reached out to them via email and haven’t received anything back. The charges on the credit card statement show up as "Groove City sales WWW.URBANHEROFL #2449215P9JH86KK3J "

I placed an order for a Tennessee Titans hoodie on November 21. Still have not received it. When you go to the site there is not a customer service number just a contact us. I have sent 4 messages. The price was 59.99. I did receive an email back saying they received my order and it was in process. I believe it is a scam.

Purchased an article of clothing off of SUPAHKOOL website after finding the ad on Facebook. When I purchased the item in question I got an email of order along with acknowledgement of payment. The email from Supahkool also states that the shipment is on its way. I have made several email attempts to contact Supahkool to inquire the status of my order and I have yet to hear from them. I ordered the item of clothing several weeks ago and I have not received any order. My bank statement states payment along with some numbers, states of Florida, and words that states “Just Deal with It" printed on statement.

Purchased a jacket off of website after finding the ad on facebook turns out that when you purchase the item they do not contact you at all and on your bank statement it says just deal with it so now I have to file a claim with my bank

This is a scam for clothing and fan wear. They posted links on Facebook. When you buy an item it charges your account and the name of the business is "Just Deal With It." Then in a month you get an email with "shipping information". This email only contains your order conformation. No tracking number. No estimated time for delivery. And no method of shipping. They company doesn’t respond to emails and there is nor address or phone number. If they finally email you back, the email states the package was delivered to the wrong address and they will "send you a new one". This will repeat until to customer forgets or files a dispute through their bank.
