Sunshine Cavapoos claims to have 5 puppies available and claim to be "God-fearing people" from Richmond, VA. But after some suspect auto-response emails, I asked them how they accept payment and they said Western Union wire transfers only.

No personal contact information listed. Phone number is through the app Text Me. Payment via Western Union. The professionalism of the website was not duplicated in email exchanges, and I never heard back when I asked for references and the name of their veterinarian. They said they were in Richmond, VA, but WHOIS Lookup seems to indicate Panama. I hate to accuse an honest person, but if you could check them out, that would be great!
