Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange

Received a fax from a law firm stating that a business mogul who lived in Spain died along with his family in an earthquake in China back in 2008. Before he passed he deposited $9.3 million into a safety deposit box in Spain. Since his death this lawyer has been presented with the task to find any family members to make claims to the vault. If they do not hear from anyone the vault will go unclaimed by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. This letter was sent because I am thought to be an heir even if I am not an heir, if I follow the directions of the lawyer the vault will be released to us. This is 100% risk free. We would spit the profits 50-50. The letter also urged that I keep this matter confidential.
