How is this business still on business? Unfortunately i read the other complaints/reviews after they took my money as well.

This company has advertising everywhere in social media and internet. I was searching for sunglasses and this add came up on facebook. I searched and they "showed" to have a better price on the exact model i was looking for. I purchased it and over a month they never sent me the product. I cancelled the order since i got tired of waiting and they didnt refund the money neither! I complaint on their online chat (no response in 8 hours), complaint on facebook, no response, Called too many times and never got to a real person. Eamiled! and i got automatic responses but never an customer service rep to solve my problem. They stole my money from my credit card on the same day i placed the order, then weeks later they said it was backorder, other lies like they were putting a "priority status". Extremely Dissatisfy. What else do we need to do to take this out of business? they should not keep committing this level of fraud without consequences.

Placed an order over a month ago for prescription glasses. Website indicates it takes 6-14 days to ship to my specified country- still have not received. Called company on several occasions to ask about status of order and they claim their customer service representative are busy and they will have someone call me back within a day. No call backs on many occasions. When I do reach the department, they have thusfar told me the following on separate occasions: it has been shipped, it will be shipped but it’s on backorder from italy, the item has been shipped and with a guarantee it will reach me by given date, then finally it still has not been shipped yet. All with no email confirmation OR tracking number- only verbal promises and guarantees that have proven their lack of credibility on numerous occasions through their false claims. They have thusfar not followed through with anything they said they would do, their lack of communication or written notice other than the initial order confirmation has made me and many others online via Yelp, google, their company website suspicious of fraudulent online orders, taking customers payments with no show products. Please steer clear of this company and help shut this website/company down. They do not deserve to be in business if they are in fact taking payments while falsely selling nonexistent products that never end up reaching the customer. Regardless, they do not have the integrity, efficiency or right to be in business if they continue with such practises.
