Type of a scam Credit Cards

We are a solar company in Hawaii who was contacted by someone claiming they were from Sunfield Solar LLC and they were looking to purchase solar panels from us. We provided them a quote and they send their credit card information. The fist card was declined and they apologized and said the transaction was too large for that card. They provided another card number which we processed. We learned later that the credit card was stolen. The solar panels did not leave the island yet but we are out the cost of having the shipping company pick it up from our warehouse and subsequently having to bring it back. The website listed on their email is http://sunfieldsolarllc.com/. On it it states that they are located in Dallas, TX and they are a ScamPulse.com accredited business. The panels were to be shipped to their supposed job site in Baton Rouge, LA. They don’t know that the panels were not shipped and expect the shipment to arrive next week. We have contacted the Baton Rouge Police to see if they are interested in pursuing this matter. We are waiting to hear back. I wanted to let you know that they are promoting themselves with the ScamPulse.com accreditation.
