Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was on-line and a pop up add appeared offering a sample of CBD oil for $6.85. My wife has knee and back pain, and we had discussed getting the product for a trial. I ordered and received two products in the mail and two charges on my credit card. The oil and a small vial of cbd cream arrived. Within 17 days my credit card was charged for $94.86 and $94.83. I called the company and they stated that I had 30 days to cancel the subscription when I signed up. This information was not on the add when I ordered. As you can see I was charged within 17 days of purchase. I asked for my money back since I did not authorize the purchases, or the use of my credit card. I now had charges for $6.85, $6.83, $94.86 and $94.83 for a product that did not work for my wife. I stated that I did not want the product, and that I would return it. That was unacceptable to the company. They initially offered to credit my account with $90.00 and cancel my subscription. I protested and was put on hold. I was then offered a one time deal of $120.00 refund for my $203.00 credit card charge. So this company was making $83.37 from the ruse that they created. I must not be the only one scammed, and this seems to be a fraudulent business practice to make easy money. I want my money returned, and this practice stopped.
