Type of a scam Debt Collections
Received an email from "Valerie Custer <[email protected]> entitled "Invoice 6460". It says the named invoice shows that I made some purchase (I will not click on the invoice and open it) for $12, 059.76 on which I made a deposit of $5454.36 and therefore owe $6605.40. The email is signed "Valerie McQuaid Evergerren Synergies LLC,

I’ve never heard of this company or companies or woman (or women). I looked up Sunandearth.com and it exists and so does a woman named Valerie Custer, both in King of Prussia, PA. The phone number appears to be correct, but it has been busy all 6 times I tried calling it.
The email had the invoice as an attached Word doc (".doc"). I did not open it.
Everything about this looks real but none of it has anything to do with me. My worry is that somehow my info was stolen and this bill may actually go to collection.
I wonder if Sun and Earth’s info was also stolen so they are being scammed, too.
