This company obviously tailors their pitches based on the weaknesses of other companies. Everything everyone said during their sales pitch was a lie. Not one thing have they said they would do, have they done except take out money. That they’ve done with supreme efficiency. Although even in that area, they weren’t truthful about how it would be done. In addition, seeking to talk with someone for help, results in being put on hold and "transferred to a compliance officer" which is a transfer to just someone else at their call center. The last time, the lady "transferred" us, and then SHE picked up pretending to be the compliance officer until my husband called her on it. The things they said were way out of the purview of salesman’s puffery. it was blatantly false. They deliberately mislead people. Every time we’ve talked to someone, we’ve been told something different. and every conversation ends with them wanting more money to provide any portion of the service they promised when we signed on with them. NOTHING they said was true. Vacation companies have a bad reputation generally. This company is the poster child for everything bad in that industry.
