Type of a scam Online Purchase

After making a purchase, you are asked to take a survey and told you will be given a token gift if you pay for shipping. First they overcharge for shipping taking more than the agreed amount from your credit card. Then they follow this up with randomly mailing you inexpensive junk. There is no paperwork with the junk, no shipping information. They follow this up by charging you $99.98 for the item you did not order or approve. They claim that the survey implied some kind of membership (not stated in the survey) and authorized the shipments and the collection of money(again not stated in the survey). No where do they ever state what they are sending and how much they plan on stealing from your credit card several times a year. I do call it stealing since they are sending me $10.00 purses and taking $100.00 for them without permission.

Apparently if you go to their website a person signs up for a trial period of getting merchandise and if you don’t cancel they continue billing and sending merchandise…………..I NEVER VISITED THAT WEBSITE….so I don’t know how I could have gotten on this program. My debit card was used to make the initial purchase, in my case watches. I am 70 years old and have never been able to wear a watch. They stop working when I wear them and my occupation involved having my hands and wrists in water constantly so I would never order a watch at anytime. Trying to get a person to talk to is impossible, any phone numbers associated with this company are 3rd party customer service people.
