This is simple. I order 5 pairs of color contact lenses with prescription. I got the contacts, but the colors they advertise, are not the colors they sell. I spent a lot of money on these and I have been trying to get a hold of them for days and days. They aren’t returning my calls/emails or anything. Their phone number doesn’t even have an answering machine. I just want an exchange for the colors I ordered. I noticed that many people on their instagram account have gone through the same thing recently. I just want them to stop stealing money from people.

Hello I brought 2 items (contact lenses) from this company and when I received it, it wasn’t even close to what they advertised. I asked for a full refund and they made an excuse such as the resolution in the ads and because of the lighting, it wasn’t going to be exact. Their ads were green/blue blended contacts with “orbs” as highlights. They ones they sent were opaque one color yellow color with no blending of colors, no blue, no orbs, not the same product.

I asked for a refund for their false advertisement and bait and switch tactics. I informed all the customers on their social media ads, but was quickly banded from leaving comments.

They offered me $5 when I paid $40.13. I’m sure they have scammed millions from people with their flashy advertisement but they need to be shut down because it’s a bait and switch scam business they are running.
