Total money lost $500

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I was told by this company that for 3 payments of $200, they would process the paperwork showing that my student loans were going to be forgiven because I attended a "predatory school". If I paid $500 one time, up front, they would process my paperwork faster. I clearly asked if $5oo really deleted $16k in debt from a "predatory school" and they assured me it would. I was told I would receive FedLoan statements each month in the amount of $0.00 for 240 months and that would be it. That was true for a year and then I received notice saying that I had to re certify and when I called the company to ask about it, they tried to charge me again. When I said I felt lied to because this wasn’t what I was promised when I signed on, they had me on hold for 15min to "speak to the manager". When she came back on, they said they’d waive the fee this time. I was transferred to processing where I’ve been informed that I will now be making payments come February, and from what I can tell from the processor’s comments, it seems they had originally put false information in whatever paperwork they had submitted on my behalf the first time, which is why I will be making payments on something that was supposed to have been forgiven.

They advertise that they can help get you student loan forgiveness. When you call they ask some questions and then say they will call back. Then they text you that they have great news. However when they call you back they just put you through the same questions and say you dont exist in the system. They never really help you with your student loans. They say they are part of the federal loan place. I recived calls from California and mexico.
