I was contacted by this company via phone stating that they can reduce my student loan payments. They seemed ligit as they had all of my student loan information from FASFA. They requested that I sign the documents to have my student loan payments reduced significantly and I needed to send them a copy of my 2018 taxes along with Public service loan forgiveness document. I did not have those documents on hand and had to get them together.

I then tried to call this company back and also by email, there has been no response via email and when I called the number I was placed on hold immediately, music played and after waiting more than 5 minutes the call was disconnected, this happened 4 times. I checked my bank account to try and get a phone number from there and there was one available, I then called that number and the same thing happened. Another red flag was that the number I called never mentioned a company name. Please beware!
