Tried to buy a grill. Received a very sketchy email of confirmation of my order. No company contact info on it at all. Typos as well. Two days later received a notice my order would be refunded. No refund ever came.

I ordered a product and they submitted a charge to my credit card within 24 hours. They notified me 10 days later stating that they did not have the product in stock and that they would refund the charge in 7-10 days. I filed a dispute with my credit card company as their "terms of agreement" states that they would not submit a charge until the product was shipped. Scam!

I was recommended this site for a discount box spring for my bed. I ordered with my American express card i was given with my taxes on it. I ordered the item was told 6-8 business days after contacting them about 10 days after the purchase. I made my purchase 3-01-2019. They said 6-8 business days. Never got it. So jump ahead to now 3-22-2019 after not being my product, them refusing to email back after i asked why it still says processing even though the money was removed from my card i am filing complaints because now they won’t reply and i don’t want others to go through this
