Type of a scam Debt Collections

Got a phone call from a *** on 10/16/18 claiming I had a credit card from August 11,1995 to January 9,2002 where the last payment was made (which I never had a card from whom she said) that I have a balance of 4066.50 and if I pay them today 2323.00 they would settle the debt. I told them I never heard of the card nor do I owe any funds she said that they was going to put a 10yr judgement against me they were going to freeze my bank account put liens on all my properties and garnish my wages, told her she has loss her mind so many scammers out here then she stated that my credit score would go up when I pay this off. Told her nothing of this nature is on my credit report,also I asked her to send me a copy of this alleged written validation letter in mail she said they could only email me this. I told her I was not going to want this by email also I asked her for their address which she never hesitated to give me. She wont stop calling and leaving voice mails threatening me .
