He is accepting payments and deposits for this rental but does not actually have rights to a unit at this location.

He fails to communicate via phone, text or email once check in time arrives. He also failed to show up/meet as promised, provide keys, unit access or unit access instructions, or an alternative or comparable rental.

Stephen Klostermeier aka Stephen Hilderbrand is guilty of false advertising, failure to provide rental access or access to an equivalent unit, the collection of information thru false contracts, faulty customer service since he fails to reply once check in is anticipated, thru any means, Faulty guarantee/refund issues since he does not refund ones security deposit as promised or ones payment despite his not providing property access.
