I bought a lawnmower from stcoat . The money was withdrawn instantly from my account and I received a tracking number. I knew there was something wrong right away when the charge to my card was for a catering place and said nothing of stcoat at all. They sent me an email with a tracking number. After 2 months of tracking this non-existing package I contacted the company. They offered to resend the mower after declining a resend they offered me 25% of the price they charged me as a refund. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks over a 100% refund of my money. They agreed to the full refund and never heard anything else from them ( of course the money was NEVER returned).I filed a police report contacted my bank for some help. My bank said they could not help me recover my money. The company is 100% a complete FAKE.

I ordered a power washer a few months ago. I August it said it was delivered but I received nothing. I emailed them and they said they would deliver again. I tracked it and finally it said it was delivered to my home town. Then it was lost again! I emailed them again and they offered me a coupon for $70 off and listed 2 sites I could by from. One site sold Jersey’s and the other sold shoes that were no less than $150. Avoided answering anything that involved a refund. Still dealing with my bank.

I’ve got the same run around from stcoat. I was given a tracking number. I took it to the post office and was told that a scam was going on. I got masks instead of the lawn mower I ordered. Paid with PayPal $55.00. The masks has the tracking number I was given for the lawn mower.

I ordered a chain saw from this company, they even gave me a tracking number. What I received was not a chainsaw, but a box of face masks.

I created a separate file for all of the documentation, and they managed to erase all of the documents from the folder.

I waited for a long time… and followed the tracking number. well, something was being shipped because it was going thru the delivery systems , from china, to Chicago, and then to my home. BUT I received not what i ordered. I received face masks. Kinda weird. See pictures…
