College age kids came to my apartment door wanting to "meet" their new neighbors. Then they asked for magazine subscriptions purchase to help them win college scholarships. I gave them 2 checks for $59.00 for 2 magazine subscriptions on 10/6/2017. Checks were endorsed and cashed by "*** ***" a few days later. No magazines ever arrived.
