Company was paid $155 for Expedited Service to retrieve birth certificate within 2-5 days. 2 weeks later and still being told it’s delayed. Filed complaints with SOS, AG and USAA, which refunded my money and started investigation. DO NOT USE 3rd party companies for birth certificates. Lesson learned.

I ordered a Texas birth certificate for my daughter. I was told it would take 25 to 40 business days to receive. I contacted the company and they stated it would take another 20 days. i called the state and they stated that information was incorrect and there are no delays. I have requested a refund i am sure i will never receive. Do not use this company.
