An item was purchased in December and was never shipped. Buyer requested a refund in January but has gotten nowhere. The scammer will not contact or speak to the buyer. Buyer is constantly emailing but receives the same reply each time saying the refund is under review. This has been going on since January. This business seems to not care about their customers. Instead they’re scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Purchased a December box and never received anything. Since January I’ve been trying to contact someone but I’ve gotten nowhere. I’ve requested several refunds and keep getting the same email saying my request is under review. No one from this business will speak to me. I feel that I’m being completely ignored. They’re stealing my hard earned money.

I ordered my box on 11/30/2017 reaches out to customer service by email at the end of December. I heard back from the 1/12/2018 stating “I will go ahead and put your December order in the refund queue. You should see that refund in 7-10 business days. So sorry for all this mess.”. Reached out again 1/26/2018 and 2/2/2018. I did attempt the number they had for customer service it goes to voicemail, rings endlessly most recently it’s disconnected.
