This company named Stark says that they are a legal department and trying to collect debts. They tell you that you owe so much thru them they work out a settlement plan with you they take your credit card info and they take it when you get paid I have tried to reach them several times and cant get a hold of anyone when I have questioned them for legal paperwork they tell me that they cant send me any I asked if they had a website to verify who they are they claim that they dont have one.
