In June 2016, I paid Stan Smith of Gutters and More a $1,000 deposit to install gutters on my home. He cash the check and never returned to do the work. I was just awarded a default judgment against him. Save yourself time and money and don’t hire to do anything and certainly don’t pay him anything in advance.
