downloaded and paid for subscription, there is no phone number, tells you to fill out refund email and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Paid for it on 1/5/2019, sent email for refund within 10 minutes of finding out it is not a working service. Have sent 3 refund request emails and have not heard back anything.
