I bought of pair of Mizuno Women’s Running Shoes ($83). When the charge came up on my credit card it showed "DIOCESAN BUREAU OF HOU" then when I went to click on my e-mail confirmation the website was no longer in business and I never received the product.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this website and initially received a confirmation email for my purchase. The confirmation email said that I would receive an additional email when my order was shipped. I never received confirmation of shipment but my credit card was charged for the full amount of the shoes. The name of the charge on my credit card was "First Century Bank".
