I seen on Facebook a Nightmare Before Christmas 7 qt. slow cooker and ordered it in March or April of this year. $49.95. In May, after still not receiving it, I contacted them by email. They said it was stuck at customs and would be here within a few days. Still no cooker. Notified them again and they said it was destroyed in customs and a refund would be given. It’s been almost 2 months, and still no refund. They quit responding to emails.

I saw an add on Facebook for a product that I was interested in. I made the purchase of $59 (US) in the middle of March 2019. It’s been almost 4 months and I still have not received my product. My correspondence with Sponilo has been through emails only. Each response being an apology for the hold up and delay in shipping my purchase. I am now being told that my product is stuck in customs. Apparently it has been there for almost a month. It’s only coming from Canada to the US. At this point I am wanting a refund but have been unsuccessful. Something is very wrong with this company.
