This person has been aggressively spamming his website on the livestreaming app/website YouNow.com, where he pretends to be a female "cam girl" and asks people to visit his website to see "her" naked, as well as get "free gifts". Here, reportedly, he’s asking viewers to pay money to see "her" do a nude cam show of sorts. These are all blatantly obvious pre-recorded videos. He boasted about having made $550 off of this already. He gets banned on YouNow for spam/scam, but comes back dozens of times a day on new accounts anyway. He’s been spamming this persistently for a month at least.
