SpeedyCash Online Payday Installment Loans. Made me purchase a GREEN DOT PREPAID VISA, PUT $100 ON IT, TOLD ME NOT TO REGISTER card in my name. The company registered the card in their name. They didn’t approve my loan–again asked me to put an additional $500 on another GREEN DOT PREPAID VISA CARD, which I did not and could not do–and kept my money ($100), even though I have said card in my possession. The representative first gave his name as Christopher Duggin, only later to tell me when I call to ask for "Chester." His direct line is (913) 871-6358. That’s MY money! I have the card but can’t use it!!!! The scammer got me for $100.00
