I sent payment via MoneyGram to their agent in Togo, Komlan Tronou, total cost including fees1162.66, order No. ***.

The company then advised me that the package arrived at JFK International on August 24 and I should send them $31,889 for customs fees and $5,500 for taxes, all payable to the company. I have requested documentation of the fees and they have not provided them. I also have requested to pick up the package myself but they have ignored that request.
