Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Called to tell me that I had just won a second place International Lottery prize of $1,500,000.

I would need to go to Western Union and make a Payment of $1500.00 to a person (I can’t

remember his name), but it was to go to him in Jamaica, W. I. for prepaid taxes.

That’s when I hung up.
