Spades Royale

I truly enjoyed the game, until recently. I had purchased coins and was playing a round of spades. I had over 100,000 coins, but during the game, my computer stalled. It indicated that if I quit, I would loose 17,900 coins. Well I quit the game, lost the points, and tried another time. Unfortunately my computer stalled again, and I lost coins. I later found out that there had been an internet outage in the neighborhood. I think it’s unfair to have lost coins I paid for, and this wasn’t my fault.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have been compromised by this company and I don’t know what to do!!!! When I purchased coins they have charged me multiple times almost 95% of the time!!! There were up to 4 charges in one day when I only authorized one payment!!!! Nobody will help me(bank and apple) and I am so upset that I don’t know what to do??!!!!! I have been sick for 2 years and I have not kept very good records but I swear on the BIBLE I didn’t authorize these multiple charges!!! I even purchased last night to make sure I was not crazy and sure enough 2 charges totaling $217.98!!!!!!
