Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Was contacted by phone saying something about a sweepstakes (?) form I filled out. The phone connection wasn’t the best and magazine subscription(s) was the purpose of the call. The amount I would have to pay wasn’t clear to me along with the reason for the call. The "sweepstakes" form I sent via computer had nothing to do about magazines. No cost was on the form for the "sweepstakes". I was told by a person named Kelly Burns, that my termination time had expired (3 days), but I had no way of contacting them, not knowing who they were. As I said the connection wasn’t the best. That I HAD to pay $119.98 since I passed the termination time. WHY? Exactly what was I paying for, being late?I was also told by the same person that another person would call me. I guess explaining the cost and why.

Next time I will agree to nothing and just hang up!

If I would have been contacted by mail, things would have been different!
