Type of a scam Utility
I spoke with Tyra who said she was with So. Calif. Tel Co. and said they were owned by Frontier with an offer to reduce my phone bill with Frontier by half by offering me a Senior Super Services discount. She said I would only pay $46.00 if I switched to Southern California Telephone Company and made payment to So. Calif. Tel. Co. instead of Frontier. Luckily, I called Frontier and they told me this was a scam that they were not an owner of this company.
