I explained I never had a Bank of America account. I called Bank of America abd they said I’ve never had an account there. This person also had no validation of the debt

Got a call from “Source Solutions” a voice recording “This is our last and final attempt to contact you regarding in a important document in our office, please contact Brian Williski of this matter.” It went through twice. I decided to called the number and spoke with someone and ask what this is pertaining to, they continued to say your are being sued for fraudulent of bounce checks and being sued by Advance America for supposed for a loan for $700 back 2011 . When I told them that I never had a loan with Advance America and I have a written letter stating that, they didn’t care. They then continue to say that a group of lawyers have “bought” this so called loan. And they hang up before I ask more questions. I called back 7 more times to request more information and they will not give it to me. I have asked them to send them the information in the mail they stated that a sheriff officer will be at my place of residence tomorrow to serve papers and they hang up. They told me to NEVER call them again because I am harassing them.

This type of scam have been going for over years. Last time someone did this I went to my County DA Office with this matter.

Called saying they was filing law suit and gonna put a lien on 2 separate cars new who they was financed thru and said they would take there choice started giving me address then just said everything would be on summons it was for a payday loan that i have never had have never even applied for one this has been going on for about 5 years now every 5 or 6 mths i get a call from some company that i try to get info about the so called account its same thing tired of the bull

August 2018 I was contacted by a robo voice message. Once I return the call, the man said I owe $901.00 on a credit card account. But the will settle for $401.43, which I paid with my debit card over the phone. The payment was taken from my bank account from a Law office in GA. This year 2019, I started receiving calls about the same card account. I contacted my original card companies that told me I never owe that account. I did some research, Google the numbers, I saw that were spoofed and are on scam list.I believe that company may have been working with someone in that Law Firm to find old accounts, I may have own, but passed the legal collection laws in my State.
