SCAM!!! OMG. I ordered 16 black, one piece, solid, plastic shoe boxes with clear drawers ($89.95). I received 3 white, flat, flimsy, textured packages of…..I do not know what. No packing list included. No phone numbers anywhere: website, emails, package received. Return Zip is for "Compton" CA. They listed "Commerce" on return address of package. WTH?!?!?!

Their website has a very agreeable return policy including: “return unopened for FULL refund if not happy within 30 days" ETC.

We have been ARGUE emailing for 11 days now (STRESS!!!!):

* They offered a $2, $3, $6 refund to "Keep product and give as gift"

* “Product not damaged, use another way”

* They say it is "Product ordered"

I took pictures of product received and product posted on their website. Two TOTALLY different items!!!

They sent these emails REPEATEDLY in response to my constant BEGGING, every which way, for a full refund or exchange for the correct boxes!!!

It’s been almost a half of a month of arguing now. They are just stalling until the 30-days is up and therefore, will state “refund time has expired.”

I turned it over to fraud depts, my attorney and credit card company of purchase.

AFTER I got SCAMMED, a friend researched their company and found another review from 2019 stating they were a fraudulent company.
