On December 7, 2019 I placed an order on line with Sonovivi, a website advertising women’s clothing ( also known as Chic V Hong Kong) for three items ( dress, jeans, and boots) totaling $81.71. On March 4, 2020, I received only the dress valued at $22.73. Since this date, I have attempted to obtain my money owed to me in the amount of $58.98 by emailing them at their email address of [email protected], or through their website under "Contact Us" regarding this refund. I have sent hundreds of emails requesting my money be returned with no response from this company. I am exhausted and am requesting you help me retrieve my money owed and shut this business down as it is obviously a scam. I do not want this to happen to another customer. They are only taking our money.
